Olivia brings experience in the residential and multi-family realm where she has been inspired by how design can influence a positive impact within a community. A graduate from Jefferson University, Olivia held the position of Vice President at the University’s chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students. In her spare time, you can find Olivia trying out different restaurants and pop ups throughout the city!

The tower incorporates the adaptive reuse of the adjacent historic mid-century Heath Care Center. Construction is well underway for The Astrid multi-family residential project developed by EQT Exeter. Constructed by CBG Building Company, this 562-unit luxury complex with 3 levels of below grade parking, establishes a premiere, lush urban-living experience inside the prominent capital beltway region. This uniquely located multi-family development provides spacious residential units with expansive views of the surrounding area while providing convenient access to Bethesda, Silver Spring and the National Institute of Health (NIH).

Construction has started at 4519 Chestnut in West Philadelphia! Developed by EQT Exeter and constructed by Intech Construction, the 327-unit multi-family project share a city block with the stately West Catholic Preparatory High School. The building block’s contemporary architecture establishes a dialogue with the school building by echoing its scale, color, and texture - as it creates a new public pocket park along Chestnut Street that serves both. Located proximate to the transit hub at 46th and Market, this location affords residents a speedy connection to downtown Philadelphia and it’s the surrounding neighborhoods.

SITIO welcomes Giovanni Fuentes to the team! As an architectural designer, Gio brings experience in mixed-use, commercial, and complex institutional projects. Through these projects he has focused on design and the collaboration of the interconnected disciplines. Growing up in the Lehigh Valley, Gio knew from the age of 5 that building and tinkering was his passion when he received his first Lego set. He attended Moravian college for engineering and continued to Temple where he received a Master of Architecture. In his spare time, you’ll catch him competing on the baseball field or racing on the Poconos Raceway in a car he built!
CONSTRUCTION ADVANCES AT 2500 LEAGUE ISLAND BOULEVARD
Construction at 2500 League Island Boulevard hit a milestone this week as precast panels - fabricated by Universal Concrete Products - began to be delivered and installed at the site. Structuring a building that is nearly the size of 3 football fields, each of the 160 slabs are 41 feet high by 12 feet wide - and weigh 32 tons each!
The panels are a composition of both deeply textured and smooth panels in a unique dark grey color to be accented by bright metal and glass inserts. Developed by Gattuso Development Partners and built by Penntex Construction, the building will be a significant new asset to Philadelphia’s burgeoning life sciences industry.
CONSTRUCTION STARTS AT THE BOX FACTORY!
Construction has started at the Box Factory in Philly’s thriving Fishtown neighborhood! This 70-unit mixed-use project stands at the corner of North Front Street and Columbia Avenue, connecting physically and visually to the neighboring existing Box Lofts through a composition of brick volumes. The new building also has a shared, glassy ground floor entry pavilion that leads to a pocket-park courtyard garden, providing an oasis for the residents amongst its urban environment. A commercial space on the corner adds to the vitality and offerings of the neighborhood.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON 2500 LEAGUE ISLAND BOULEVARD
In the news! Construction has begun on 2500 League Island Boulevard. This new facility will provide a flexible work and production environment catered to the growing technology and cell therapy industry in Philadelphia at the Navy Yard. Developed by Gattuso Development Partners and constructed by Penntex Construction, this 130,000 sf flex building is the initial building within a 6.5-acre future campus that is focused on serving production needs while offering an imageable presence.
SITIO WELCOMES TODD GRANT!
SITIO welcomes Todd Grant to the team! During his Architecture and Building Science degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute he worked closely with engineers and material scientists to develop structures based on emerging technologies. He moved on to complete a Master of Architecture from Cranbrook Academy of Art where his love for collaboration crossed into the Art world. This fueled a passion for collective dialogue as part of the creation process. With over two decades of experience Todd has embraced a wide variety of building uses, types, and approaches empowering teams from concept through delivery.
In his spare time Todd and his wife have acquired, developed and manage several buildings including a commercial Arts building in their local community. He can also be found trying to keep up with his family at local rock-climbing gyms or hiking in Wissahickon Park.
