SITIO is the architect for a 43-story residential tower at the corner of Broad and Lombard in Center City, Philadelphia. Developed by The Goldenberg Group, this 468-unit high-rise will offer cosmopolitan living with extensive amenities along the Avenue of the Arts. The tower incorporates the adaptive reuse of the adjacent historic mid-century Heath Care Center. Together both projects look to re-enliven and extend the southern boundary of such an important and vibrant corridor in Philadelphia.
