SITIO NAMED FINALIST FOR CHICAGO DEVELOPMENT SITE

SITIO was recently named a Finalist for the Lake / Kezdie development project in Chicago. As part of a focus on design excellence,  the Chicago Department of Planning and Development invited architecture and developer firms to re-envision 3 mixed-use buildings near the Kedzie / Lake Green ‘L’ station. This significant commercial corridor is part of the South/West Initiative that looks to promote development and spur investment in the historically neglected West Side.
