On March 17th SITIO Principal Karen Blanchard will join an esteemed panel of Philadelphia real estate icons and industry leaders as a ‘Shark’ at the 2020 ULI Philadelphia Shark Tank event. Hosted by the ULI Philadelphia Young Leaders Group, this event gives emerging real estate developers a unique opportunity to pitch their local development project.
