BROAD & LOMBARD MASTER PLAN  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The Broad & Lombard Master Plan seamlessly integrates this 2.6 acre key block into the vibrant South Broad Avenue of the Arts. With a mix of residential, hospitality, retail (both large and small scale), and diverse entertainment venues, the block transforms into a central destination within Philadelphia's Center City. A thoughtful balance of building density and height, complemented by open public spaces, creates a dynamic environment that invites both commercial and cultural engagement. These public spaces also function as cross-block connectors, offering a variety of experiences and opportunities to explore different scales and functions. By revitalizing this block and repurposing the mid-century Health Center building, the plan contributes to the ongoing transformation of Broad Street into a thriving urban hub.
